Orders for stock retail products are shipped within 7 working days after we receive your payment.

We will notify you by email when your package has been shipped.
For custom formulations and bulk orders, batch manufacturing time will be required; the manufacturing schedule will be coordinated with you along with the price of your batch.
Our products are manufactured, inspected, and packaged with great care and each product that leaves our facility is guaranteed to be of the highest quality.
Customer feedback is very important to us. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with any Elsom Research product, please contact us and tell us your concern.
If you wish to return a stock retail product you purchased from us and have the purchase price refunded to you, we have a 30-day money-back guarantee policy.
To return a product:
(1) Contact us to obtain a return merchandise number.
(2) Ship the product back to us us within 30 days of your purchase date, with your assigned number written on the return box.
(3) We will refund the cost of the product. If you paid for the product with a credit card, the amount will be credited to that account. Otherwise, we will mail a check to you. Please allow 4 weeks from the day we receive the returned product.
For custom formulations and other non-stock items, refunds are not available. If you are not satisfied with your non-stock item, contact us and we will work with you to develop a solution that is fair to all parties.
FOR SHIPMENTS OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES:
For most countries (including the United States) our standard shipping method is Priority Mail from the United States Postal Service.
For several countries in which our customers have complained of unreliability and extensive delays in local delivery,
we require the more costly method of Express Mail, which provides detailed tracking information.
The shipping cost of your package will be calculated for you at checkout and automatically adjusted
as appropriate for the country specified in the delivery address.
Unless you make other arrangements with us, your product will be shipped via Priority Mail or Express Mail through the US Postal Service.
Our experience has been that Priority Mail and Express Mail packages reach their destination country within a few days,
and then may be immediately delivered or may remain in the local Customs Office for an unpredictable period awaiting processing before they can be delivered.
Because Customs delays are so common, the Post Office cannot investigate Priority Mail delivery delays until 30 days after the package was shipped.
Please allow at least 30 days after we notify you that your package has been shipped before you become concerned that it may have been lost.
